If the watch is not covered under the Citizen Warranty we will send you an estimate and explain why it is not covered and what the charges will be. If the watch is covered it will be repaired under the terms of the Warranty. We cannot determine warranty status without first examining the watch.

We will send you an estimate after we examine the watch. Upon approval of the repair, we will repair the watch and return it to you. There is no charge for the estimate  you will be free to pre-pay for the repair or request that the watch be returned un-repaired. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER check or money order.
